Robert J Smith
As a third generation licensed insurance agent Rob came to Rickard with a wealth of sales and service experience. As he carries on the family business he continues the pride of customer service his predecessors started. He is the type of person that if he does not know the answer to your question he will find it out.
Tammy Valentino
Tammy joined our team in late January 2022. She brings a wealth of knowledge in various fields. Expect to always be greeted in person or on the phone with a smile. As our office manager and lead CSR Tammy is quick to assist our customers any way needed.
Gail N Wiltsie
Gail came to the Rickard family in mid 2023. She comes to us with a strong background in sales and people skills. Gails personality lights up the office and her knowledge of her craft makes you feel right at home. Be sure to stop in and let her review your coverages and save you some money.
Val Lento
Val joined our team in February of 2024. She is a fast learner with a background with disabled children and accounting. She is on our front lines handling customers questions and concerns. Val has made herself right at home at Rickard and is prepared to assist in any way.
